 NO, once the mold was made, you can re-order without mold fee at any time

2. Shipping by official express, award medals are very heavy, cost is too high, any other options for shipping?
 Yes, they could be shipped via China Post, E-package, or agent express with lower cost, also by sea, while please schedule the order properly, it will take quite long time to ship by sea and most medals are for event, punctuality is very important      
3. How long it will take for an order?
 It will take around 15-20days if we need to make a new mold, while if order is urgent, we will speed up, if need a faster express service, please let us know, normally 2 days delivery to USA and 3-4 days for other countries are available

4. If the packages were lost or broken in the shipping process, what should I do?
 If you didn't receive them in time, please let us know, we'll check with express, push them and get your updated
